About The Founder

My name is Brandon. If you met me at the trails or the skatepark though, you likely know me as Lumpy.

I’ve been a BMXer since the first time riding a BMX bike in 3rd grade. It was a Mongoose Californian, and my life was forever changed. We all rode bikes back then and we rode them everywhere. We learned how to work on mechanical things because of these bikes. Some of us did not have dads who could teach us how to work on them. We struggled together looking for the right tools, tinkering, trying to keep bolts tight and wheels straight.

Riding and jumping a BMX bike taught me how to overcome some of the fears and doubts we face as a young person. Pain can be a valuable teacher and I fell down a lot. Grit and character were forged in me through getting back up, even when it hurt.

So much fun and life lessons learned from such a simple machine, a kids bike, a vehicle of freedom and responsibility. I still get excited every time I get to ride. It’s the fun machine.

TESTIMONIALS

  • "The time my son Chad had with Brandon Lee, made a profound impact on my life as a single mother through the time they spent together. Their bond not only enriched Chad's life but also provided much-needed support and respite for me. Their activities, guidance, and friendship not only nurtured Chad's growth but also eased the challenges of single parenthood for me. Their relationship served as a source of positivity, learning, and companionship, making a significant difference in our lives and continue to this day."

  • “ When I was young and my home life was unstable, I remember looking forward to a specific day of the week - The day Brandon and I would hang out. I was just a kid and he was a “grown up”, but we shared a common interest in skateboarding and bmx. He’d pick me up and take me to our local skatepark where we’d work on tricks together. I remember having so many conversations about nothing specific. For some reason the topics didn’t seem to matter. What mattered, and what has stuck with me all of these years was that somebody cared enough to give me some of their most valuable resource - Time. I had someone consistently in my life when I needed it most. “
